In today’s busy world, it’s easy to feel disconnected—from ourselves, from others, and even from our own creativity. That’s where Mindful Crafternoons™ Classes come in! These sessions are designed to help women slow down, breathe, and reconnect through the simple, joyful act of creating art.
Each class combines art education with mindfulness practices, offering a space where learning and relaxation meet. You’ll explore different techniques—painting, drawing, collage, and more—while being gently guided to notice your thoughts, emotions, and sensations in the moment. The focus isn’t on perfection, but on presence, self-expression, and the restorative process of making art.
Whether you join online, at my studio, or at one of the community pop-up locations, you’ll be welcomed into a supportive space where every skill level is embraced. Beginners often uncover hidden talents, while experienced artists deepen their practice with new insight and meaning.
All classes require registration, and donations are welcome, starting around $15 to help keep the experience accessible to all, and to pay for materials.
So if you’ve been craving a creative outlet or simply a mindful pause in your week, consider joining us for a class. You don’t need to be an artist—you just need a willingness to explore, reflect, and create with an open heart.
A new website for Mindful Crafternoons is in Spring 2026! It will include class information, courses, and community.
