In today’s busy world, it’s easy to feel disconnected—from ourselves, from others, and even from our own creativity. That’s where Mindful Crafternoons™ Classes come in! These sessions are designed to help adults slow down, breathe, and reconnect through the simple, joyful act of creating art.

Each class combines art education with mindfulness practices, offering a space where learning and relaxation meet. You’ll explore different techniques—painting, drawing, collage, and more—while being gently guided to notice your thoughts, emotions, and sensations in the moment. The focus isn’t on perfection, but on presence, self-expression, and the restorative process of making art.

Whether you’re joining online, at my studio, or at one of the community pop-up locations, you’ll be welcomed into a supportive environment where every skill level is celebrated. Beginners often discover talents they didn’t know they had, while experienced artists find new depth and meaning in their practice.

All classes require registration, and donations are welcomed starting at $15 to help keep the experience accessible to all, and to pay for materials.

So if you’ve been craving a creative outlet or simply a mindful pause in your week, consider joining us for a class. You don’t need to be an artist—you just need a willingness to explore, reflect, and create with an open heart.

A new website for Mindful Crafternoons is coming soon! It will include class information, courses, and community.
